Last Updated: October 14, 2026
Welcome to IdeaPlugins.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IdeaPlugins website, software products, accounts, licenses, downloads and documentation available at https://ideaplugins.com/ (the “Website”). These Terms are the supplier terms that apply between you and IdeaPlugins for the software you buy, as referred to in Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
Seller information: IdeaPlugins is operated by Erdal Kurt, a sole proprietor, based at [full street address], Üsküdar, İstanbul, Türkiye (“IdeaPlugins”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Contact: support@ideaplugins.com.
By accessing the Website, creating an account, purchasing a product, downloading a plugin or activating a license, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or purchase or use our products.
1. About IdeaPlugins
IdeaPlugins develops and sells standardized, ready-made software products (plugins) for WordPress and WooCommerce websites. Our products consist of:
- WordPress plugins
- WooCommerce plugins
- Plugin extensions and add-ons
- Software licenses, including plugin updates and product documentation
All products are digital software products and are delivered electronically as a downloadable file with a license key. IdeaPlugins does not sell consulting, custom software development, plugin or website installation, website development, maintenance, hosting or any other service performed for you. Product help is provided only as part of the applicable software license (see section 8) and is not sold as a separate service.
2. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity required under the laws applicable to you to enter into a binding agreement and purchase digital products from IdeaPlugins.
By using the Website or purchasing a product, you confirm that:
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
- You will use our products in accordance with these Terms.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You will not use our products for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or unauthorized purposes.
3. User Accounts
Certain features may require you to create an IdeaPlugins account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information.
- Keeping your login credentials confidential.
- Maintaining the security of your account.
- All activities performed through your account.
If you believe your account or credentials have been compromised, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, unauthorized or otherwise prohibited activities.
4. Digital Products
Before completing a purchase, please review the relevant product page, including the product description, features, system requirements, WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP compatibility, license limitations, and update and product help information.
We make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every plugin will operate correctly in every WordPress installation, theme, hosting environment, server configuration or combination of third-party software.
5. Plugin Licenses
When you purchase a premium plugin from IdeaPlugins, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product according to the license type and conditions specified on the relevant product page. Purchasing a plugin does not transfer ownership of the software, source code or other intellectual property rights to you.
Unless otherwise required by an open-source license that applies to a specific component, you may not:
- Resell IdeaPlugins plugins as your own products.
- Make premium plugin files publicly available or share them with unauthorized users.
- Claim ownership of IdeaPlugins software or source code.
- Remove copyright, licensing or proprietary notices.
- Circumvent license activation or validation systems.
Additional terms may apply to individual products and will be specified on the product or license page.
6. License Activation
Certain products require online license activation to access plugin updates, premium functionality and license management. You agree not to disable, circumvent or interfere with our license activation or validation mechanisms. If a license is activated on more websites than permitted by the applicable license, we may restrict, suspend or deactivate that license.
7. Updates and License Period
Depending on the product and license purchased, you may receive product updates during the applicable license period or under the update terms specified on the product page. Updates may include bug fixes, security, performance and compatibility improvements and new features. We do not guarantee that every update will include new features, and we may modify, replace or discontinue individual features where reasonably necessary.
Our products are sold as one-time purchases unless the product page clearly states that a license renews. If a license is sold as a subscription, the renewal price and period are shown before you buy, and you can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period through Paddle (see section 10).
8. Documentation and Product Help
Every product comes with documentation. Where product help is included with a license, you can contact us about problems with the plugin itself, such as a bug or an error in its own features, and about how to use the plugin as described in its documentation.
Product help covers IdeaPlugins software only. It does not include installing the plugin on your behalf, custom plugin or theme development, custom coding, support for third-party plugins, server or hosting administration, WordPress maintenance, website development, or custom integrations outside the plugin’s intended functionality. The availability, duration and scope of product help may vary by product and license.
9. Pricing and Taxes
Prices are shown on the Website and may change from time to time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed, except where required by applicable law.
Prices may be shown excluding VAT, sales tax or similar taxes. Applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout based on your location. The final amount, including taxes and any currency conversion, is displayed in the Paddle checkout before you complete your purchase.
10. Orders, Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all of our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns and refunds.
When you place an order, you buy the product from Paddle, and your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Paddle’s Privacy Policy. Your transaction may be subject to payment verification, fraud prevention and security checks. We or Paddle may refuse, cancel or limit an order where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorized payment, payment abuse, license misuse, abuse of promotional offers or a violation of these Terms.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law. For payment, invoice, tax or subscription questions, you can contact Paddle at paddle.net.
11. Refunds
Refunds are subject to the conditions described in our Refund Policy, including our 30-day refund period. Refunds are issued by Paddle as Merchant of Record. You can request a refund directly from Paddle at paddle.net or through us, and you do not have to contact our support team first. If you have a technical problem with a product, we encourage you to contact us because we may be able to resolve it quickly, but this is optional.
Refund requests may require your order number, the email address used for the purchase and the product name.
Nothing in these Terms restricts any mandatory consumer rights or statutory protections that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Website, our products or our services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, malicious or unauthorized purposes. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, crack or bypass license systems or activation.
- Distribute unauthorized copies of our products or upload premium plugin files to unauthorized download platforms.
- Exploit vulnerabilities or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
- Interfere with our Website, servers or infrastructure.
- Use automated methods to abuse Website functionality.
You are responsible for using our plugins lawfully on your own website. This includes complying with the laws that apply to your promotions, discounts, contests or giveaways, email and marketing communications, and the personal data of your visitors and customers. IdeaPlugins provides software only. We do not run promotions, contests or giveaways, and we do not provide prizes.
Violation of these restrictions may result in suspension or termination of licenses, accounts or access.
13. Intellectual Property
All IdeaPlugins intellectual property, including plugin software, source code, website design, graphics, logos, icons, product names, documentation, text and branding, is owned by or licensed to IdeaPlugins and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a plugin grants you the applicable license rights only. Except for rights expressly granted under the applicable license, all rights are reserved.
14. Third-Party Services
Our plugins may interact with WordPress, WooCommerce, themes, hosting providers, APIs and other third-party software or services. IdeaPlugins is not responsible for changes, interruptions, limitations, errors or incompatibilities caused by third-party services. Third-party products and services may have separate terms, licenses and privacy policies, which you are responsible for reviewing and complying with.
15. Compatibility
We make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with supported versions of WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with every current or future version of WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, themes, third-party plugins, hosting environments or external APIs. Changes by third parties may require updates or modifications to our products.
16. Website Availability
We aim to keep the Website, download systems and license services available and operational, but we do not guarantee that they will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or secure from every possible threat. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, security incidents, software updates, network problems, third-party service interruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
17. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IdeaPlugins products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that a plugin will satisfy every individual requirement, work with every third-party product, operate without interruption, or be compatible with every hosting environment or every future WordPress or WooCommerce release.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, right or protection that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IdeaPlugins shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or business-related losses arising from the use of the Website or products, including loss of profits, revenue, business or data, website downtime, business interruption, third-party service failures and compatibility issues.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
19. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your WordPress website, database and files before installing, updating or modifying any plugin. We recommend testing plugin installations and updates in a staging environment before applying them to a production website. IdeaPlugins is not responsible for data loss resulting from a failure to maintain appropriate backups.
20. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to products, licenses or accounts where reasonably necessary, including where a customer violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, distributes unauthorized copies, abuses license activation, circumvents technical restrictions or uses products for unauthorized purposes. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, business practices, technology or legal requirements. When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date will be revised, and the version in effect on your purchase date applies to your license. Your continued use of the Website or products after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
22. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights
Your purchase contract with Paddle is governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. For the software license and your use of the Website, these Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms removes, restricts or overrides mandatory consumer rights or statutory protections that apply to you under the laws of your jurisdiction.
