Affiliate Program Terms

Welcome to the IdeaPlugins Affiliate Program.
These Affiliate Program Terms (“Affiliate Terms”) govern your participation in the affiliate program operated by IdeaPlugins (“IdeaPlugins”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By applying to or participating in the IdeaPlugins Affiliate Program, you agree to these Affiliate Terms, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any additional policies applicable to our services.
1. Affiliate Program
The IdeaPlugins Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) to promote IdeaPlugins products and earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate links.
Participation in the program is subject to approval by IdeaPlugins.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our discretion.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement.
- Use the program only for lawful promotional activities.
- Comply with these Affiliate Terms and applicable laws.
- Provide accurate payment information where required.
We may request additional information to verify your identity or eligibility.
3. Affiliate Links
Approved affiliates will receive unique tracking links that can be used to promote IdeaPlugins products.
Affiliate commissions are attributed based on the tracking technology used by our affiliate system.
You must use your assigned affiliate links when promoting IdeaPlugins if you wish to receive commission credit.
You may not alter, manipulate, conceal, or interfere with affiliate tracking links or tracking mechanisms.
4. Commission
Affiliates may earn a commission on eligible purchases generated through their approved affiliate links.
The applicable commission rate may vary depending on:
- Product
- Promotion
- Affiliate agreement
- Campaign
- Special offer
- Program rules
The current commission rate applicable to your account will be displayed through the affiliate platform or communicated by IdeaPlugins.
IdeaPlugins reserves the right to change commission rates or affiliate program conditions for future transactions.
5. Qualifying Sales
A sale may qualify for commission when:
- A customer accesses IdeaPlugins through your valid affiliate link.
- The customer completes an eligible purchase.
- The transaction is successfully processed.
- The purchase is not subsequently refunded, cancelled, charged back, or identified as fraudulent.
Commission eligibility may depend on the tracking and attribution rules of the affiliate system.
6. Refunds and Chargebacks
Commissions associated with refunded, cancelled, fraudulent, or charged-back transactions are not eligible for payment.
If a commission has already been paid for a transaction that is later refunded or charged back, IdeaPlugins may deduct the corresponding amount from future commission payments or otherwise adjust the affiliate balance.
7. Affiliate Payments
Affiliate commissions are paid according to the payment schedule and minimum payout threshold specified by IdeaPlugins or the applicable affiliate platform.
Before receiving payment, affiliates may be required to provide:
- Legal name
- Payment information
- Tax information
- Other information required for payment processing or legal compliance
IdeaPlugins is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete payment information provided by the affiliate.
8. Promotional Methods
Affiliates may promote IdeaPlugins through legitimate marketing channels, including:
- Websites
- Blogs
- YouTube channels
- Social media
- Email newsletters
- Educational content
- Tutorials
- Product reviews
- WordPress and WooCommerce communities
Promotional content must be accurate, transparent, and not misleading.
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with IdeaPlugins where required by applicable advertising, consumer protection, or disclosure laws.
9. Prohibited Promotional Activities
Affiliates may not use methods that are misleading, deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful.
The following activities are prohibited:
- Spam
- Misleading advertising
- Fake discounts or promotions
- False claims about IdeaPlugins products
- Trademark abuse
- Domain names designed to impersonate IdeaPlugins
- Fake IdeaPlugins websites
- Phishing
- Malware
- Forced redirects
- Cookie stuffing
- Tracking manipulation
- Fake clicks
- Automated fraudulent traffic
- Incentivized traffic without prior approval
- Unauthorized paid search campaigns
- Bidding on IdeaPlugins trademarks or brand terms without written permission
- Misrepresenting yourself as IdeaPlugins
- Using misleading URLs or advertisements that imply an official relationship beyond the affiliate relationship
IdeaPlugins may restrict or prohibit specific promotional methods at any time.
10. Search Engine Advertising
Affiliates must obtain written approval from IdeaPlugins before running paid search advertisements using IdeaPlugins trademarks, brand names, or confusingly similar terms.
Unless explicitly authorized, affiliates may not:
- Bid on IdeaPlugins branded keywords.
- Create advertisements that appear to be official IdeaPlugins advertisements.
- Create landing pages designed to impersonate IdeaPlugins.
- Use trademarks in a way that may confuse customers about the source of the advertisement.
11. Brand and Intellectual Property
IdeaPlugins may provide approved logos, banners, product images, descriptions, and other promotional materials.
These materials may only be used for legitimate promotion of IdeaPlugins and in accordance with any brand guidelines provided.
Affiliates may not:
- Modify IdeaPlugins trademarks in a misleading way.
- Register confusingly similar domains.
- Claim ownership of IdeaPlugins intellectual property.
- Use IdeaPlugins branding to create an impression that they are IdeaPlugins or an official representative.
Participation in the Affiliate Program does not transfer ownership of any IdeaPlugins intellectual property.
12. Affiliate Disclosure
Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations relating to advertising, affiliate marketing, endorsements, and consumer disclosures.
Where required, affiliates must clearly disclose that they may receive a commission from qualifying purchases.
Disclosures should be clear, visible, and understandable to the audience.
13. Self-Referrals
Unless expressly permitted by IdeaPlugins, affiliates may not use their affiliate links to generate commissions from their own purchases.
Using affiliate links for the primary purpose of obtaining a commission on personal purchases may result in commission reversal or termination from the program.
14. Customer Ownership
Customers who purchase IdeaPlugins products through an affiliate link remain customers of IdeaPlugins.
Affiliates may not represent themselves as IdeaPlugins employees, agents, resellers, or official representatives unless specifically authorized in writing.
Affiliate participation does not create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or joint venture relationship between the affiliate and IdeaPlugins.
15. Affiliate Account
Affiliates are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their affiliate account credentials.
You must notify IdeaPlugins promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You are responsible for all activity performed through your affiliate account unless the activity resulted from circumstances outside your reasonable control.
16. Program Changes
IdeaPlugins may modify the Affiliate Program from time to time, including:
- Commission rates
- Payment thresholds
- Tracking methods
- Eligible products
- Promotional rules
- Program structure
- Program terms
Changes may apply to future transactions and will not necessarily affect commissions that have already become payable, subject to adjustments for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or other applicable conditions.
17. Suspension and Termination
IdeaPlugins may suspend or terminate an affiliate account if we reasonably believe that the affiliate:
- Violated these Affiliate Terms.
- Engaged in fraudulent activity.
- Generated invalid traffic.
- Used prohibited promotional methods.
- Misused IdeaPlugins branding.
- Made misleading claims.
- Violated applicable laws.
- Attempted to manipulate commission tracking.
- Damaged or attempted to damage the reputation or security of IdeaPlugins.
Upon termination, the affiliate must stop using IdeaPlugins affiliate links, promotional materials, trademarks, and other program-related assets.
18. Commission Reversal
IdeaPlugins reserves the right to review transactions and reverse commissions associated with:
- Refunds
- Chargebacks
- Cancelled orders
- Fraudulent transactions
- Duplicate transactions
- Self-referrals
- Tracking manipulation
- Violations of these Affiliate Terms
19. No Guarantee of Earnings
Participation in the IdeaPlugins Affiliate Program does not guarantee any specific level of income or commission.
Affiliate earnings depend on factors including traffic, audience, promotional methods, customer demand, product purchases, and other circumstances.
IdeaPlugins makes no representation or guarantee regarding the amount of income an affiliate may earn.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IdeaPlugins shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
This includes losses resulting from:
- Tracking interruptions
- Temporary system failures
- Affiliate platform issues
- Website downtime
- Payment processing delays
- Changes to the Affiliate Program
- Loss of potential commissions
Nothing in these Affiliate Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
21. Taxes
Affiliates are responsible for determining and fulfilling their own tax obligations arising from commissions received through the IdeaPlugins Affiliate Program.
IdeaPlugins may request tax-related information or documentation where required by applicable law.
22. Confidentiality
Affiliates may receive confidential information relating to IdeaPlugins, including non-public product information, promotional plans, commission arrangements, or other business information.
Affiliates must not disclose confidential information to unauthorized third parties.
23. Independent Relationship
Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employment, partnership, agency, franchise, or joint venture relationship between IdeaPlugins and the affiliate.
Affiliates are independent parties responsible for their own business activities, marketing methods, expenses, taxes, and legal obligations.
24. Governing Law
These Affiliate Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the applicable laws governing IdeaPlugins, unless mandatory laws provide otherwise.
Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts and authorities applicable under relevant law.
